Anti-yeast site

Here's a guide for those women out there who is experiencing a horrible thing of having Candida Albicans (yeast infection) , which is hard to get over if you don't have discipline.

My story:

I, myself also had experience such thing, narrow headed people will think that it can be from a sexual contact, but what happened to me is not from it, but because of sitting in the bowls in public toilet, a little unhygienic  way because i can no longer hold on my pee, and i was in a travel, so i have no choice my legs hurts, then i started feeling this itchy thing, then i thought it was normal, until my vaginal secretions changes into light green with an odor, the O-B told me of so many things like she was insisting it's from sexual contact but it;s not, until the result came on that i am positive for yeast infection.

For me i know it happens because of sitting in a public toilet bowl, so I went to another O-B and she just gave me a anti-yeast medication. it is over-the counter but you should ask your doctor if what will they prescribe to you since it's has different kind of doses, so i took the pill and she instructed me to change my way of washing my vaginal area, i used DOVE with no scent, and threw away those vaginal wash with scents or with whitening effects cause those can't help.

Steps:
1. Wash your "V "area using warm water and unscented Dove soap (original)
2. Use Betadine anti-bacterial vaginal wash. It's really good.
If it's still itchy just wash.

Then try to read Candida Diets and some tips of using garlic to fight yeast infection. cause it did works!

Feel free to comments and suggest. so we could help patients undergoing such an infection.
